Ingredients You'll Need



  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 small red onion, finely diced

  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced

  • 1–2 fresh red chilies, deseeded and finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Tortilla chips or crispy tostadas, for serving


Preparing the Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, mango, red onion, cucumber, and chilies.

  • Gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocados.


Making the Ceviche

  • Drizzle the lime juice and olive oil over the mixture.

  • Stir in the fresh cilantro and season with salt and black pepper to taste.


Serving

  • Serve the ceviche in small bowls or on a platter with tortilla chips or crispy tostadas on the side.

  • For added flavor, garnish with extra cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
