Ingredients You'll Need
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: lemon wedges, for serving
Prep the Artichokes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the artichokes dry with paper towels.
Season & Coat
In a bowl, toss artichoke hearts with:
olive oil
Parmesan
garlic powder
salt & pepper
Bake or Air Fry
Oven: Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Air fryer: Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve
Serve warm with lemon wedges or a quick aioli dip.
