This Garlic Butter Parmesan Pasta is a simple yet indulgent dish, featuring tender noodles tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce and finished with freshly grated Parmesan. It's comfort food at its finest, ready in minutes and full of flavor.

Ingredients You'll Need
8 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or penne)
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, or lemon zest
Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water,
then drain.
Make the Sauce
In the same pot or a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.Add minced garlic.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).
Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes (if using).
Combine
Add drained pasta back to the pot.Toss with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
Serve
Season with salt and pepper to taste.Top with fresh parsley or a little lemon zest for brightness.
Tip: Add sautéed shrimp, grilled chicken, or steamed broccoli to make it a full meal.
